49ers or Chiefs?

This years’ Super Bowl teams will be the Kansas City Chiefs(14-4) and the San-Francisco 49ers(15-3). The two teams  last played in week 3 of the 2018 season.

The Chiefs came out on top winning 38-27, this game should be legendary. The Niners last Super Bowl win was Super Bowl XXIX. The Niners ended up beating the San Diego Chargers 49-26. Their last Super Bowl appearance was Super Bowl XLVII, which ended being a historic 34-31 lost to the Ravens.

This year they are looking for a change as they have cruised through the playoffs. First beating the Vikings 27-10, and then defeating the packers 37-20 in the NFC Championship, the Niners haven’t really had any competition this year in the playoffs.

Starting the Divisional Round down 24-0 early then making a comeback for the ages to win 51-31, then taking down what seemed to be an unstoppable Derrick Henry are goals that the Chiefs completed. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes played superhero in the AFC Championship to get the Chiefs back to it’s first Super Bowl since 1969, don’t count the chiefs out just yet.

The Chiefs are looking good across the board but, their offense has to be the best group of players they have. Three different players among the best at their positions with Andy Reid as an HC sounds critical alone.

Pat Mahomes, Tyreek Hill(WR), and Travis Kelce(TE) will all be a factor in the Super Bowl. Pat Mahomes is just the typical comeback kid that has the strongest arm in all of the league. Tyreek is definitely one of the fastest, if not the fastest in the NFL. Finally, Travis Kelce is a future Hall-Of-Famer. The numbers he puts up as a TE are ridiculous. This Offense will definitely give you a game to watch.

The Niners also have their own incredible TE, George Kittle. George Kittle and Travis Kelce are definitely the best TEs in the league no questions asked. Niners have three RBs that all contribute but, the one in the spotlight as of now is Raheem Mostert. In the NFC Championship he put up 4 touchdowns with 220 yards, which has never been done before. The real problem the Chiefs will have is that Niners defense. Nick Bosa has been among the best Edge-Rushers all year as a rookie. Their is just too many factors on the defense to single out any other outside of Bosa.

Odds are, Niners win this powerful defense but you never know what will happen with Pat Mahomes on the Field.
